A rum that has been aged entirely in tropical climates, in 500-liter ex-Sherry Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez barrels of the highest quality, sourced from some of the most famous bodegas in Andalusia. Contains congeners at 1603.5 gr/hlpa, of which 394 gr/hlpa are esters.
Produced in limited quantities.
Color: Deep gold.
Flavour: Refined, distinctive. With considerable elegance, the first nose is exotic (fruit of passion, kiwi, pineapple), medicinal (ointment, mustard seed), floral (geranium, rose), sweetened (acacia, lily of the valley), toasted (tobacco, coffee) and lemon. When left to breathe, the cane sugar flows uninterruptedly across the aromatic palette. Gradually, coconut milk and vanilla add a lot of sweetness and creaminess.
Taste: Lively, intense. The very majestic and luminous attack reveals notes of sweet pastry. In the middle of the palate, honeysuckle blossom honey, apricot jam, rose and eleuthero further elevate the level of the tasting. The palate’s sunny finish is characterized by notes of cane sugar, straw and aromatic plants.
