Rum Magnum serie #3 Hampden LROK 9 Y.O. 2016 "Cristina de Middel Edition"

MAX 1 BOTTLE PER CLIENT This rum was distilled in 2016 and is an expression of the LROK mark. Like the two previous releases, the third edition of the Magnum Series aims to present a range of different rum expressions that, while sharing the same basic raw material, offer completely distinct aromatic profiles. While the first series was enriched by the photographs of Elliott Erwitt and the second paid tribute to Alex Webb, for this edition Cristina de Middel, a Spanish photographer and outgoing president of Magnum, was invited. De Middel spent a week of artistic residency in Hampden at the invitation of La Maison & Velier. Four shots taken during her stay were chosen to decorate the labels of the third series. The label of the Magnum Hampden LROK 9 years is accompanied by an image that Cristina de Middel titled ‘Raatid’: a Jamaican slang word that is often pronounced as an expression of surprise, or that can be used to describe the size of something.
