Purchases on enotecarizzi.it are subject to the discipline of Legislative Decree no. 21 of February 21, 2014, amending and supplementing Legislative Decree 206/2005).

The right of withdrawal is regulated as follows:

• • Returned products must be intact and in their original packaging: damaged or altered products will not be eligible for the right of withdrawal.

• • This right is reserved for individuals: therefore, resellers are excluded.

• • The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days from the receipt of goods.

• • To exercise it, you must send us a registered letter with return receipt within 14 days of receiving the goods, to Enoteca Rizzi Snc – via Locatelli 21/h – 24069 Trescore Balneario (Bg), indicating the order number, the order date, the products or product for which you intend to request withdrawal, indicating the item code(s) and the refund method as per the initial payment made. Subsequently, the Customer will receive an email confirmation to agree on the refund and return methods.
