Daily pale beer, very hoppy with pronounced notes of exotic fruit suitable for a discerning audience. It replicates the characteristics of traditional IPAs. High-fermentation beer aged in bottle.
Appearance: White foam, compact, thin and persistent; light color with reddish reflections, free of suspended solids, but sometimes obscured by yeast.
Flavour: Notes of caramel and toffee with herbal and fruity aromas of ripe pineapple.
Taste: Balanced between the caramel flavor on the front half of the tongue and the bitter flavor on the back half. Rich beer.
