The Franciacorta Brut "Conte Aymo" is a prestigious vintage sparkling wine Blanc de Noirs produced by Tenuta Montenisa, the winery of the historic Marchesi Antinori family located in the heart of Franciacorta (in Calino, in the province of Brescia).
Uncorking: 2024
The alcoholic fermentation takes place partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in barriques. The second fermentation in the bottle takes place in contact with the yeast.
40 months on yeast
Upon first sight it presents a brilliant straw yellow color with a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers hints of small red fruit typical of the grape variety, combined with floral nuances and bread crust. In the mouth it is harmonious and balanced, with a long and persistent finish.

Ideal with raw scallops, tuna or salmon. Excellent with prawns, red shrimp and lobster, both hot and raw. Fish stir-fries. Mushroom risotto, Milanese or seafood risotto.
