La Chablisienne Chablis "Les Vénérables" 2022

Fermentation is traditionally carried out in steel at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation is carried out entirely.

Tasting: Pale gold in color, clear and brilliant with light golden reflections. The initial nose is expressive, a subtle mix of floral (honeysuckle) and woody notes (coconut, vanilla). The attack on the palate is rich and dense, balanced with notes of ripe fruit and slightly toasted and grilled aromas. The finish is saline and offers a pleasant aromatic persistence. A structured, sunny wine with good aging potential.
