Venica & Venica "Tàlis" Pinot Bianco Collio Doc 2023

Following harvesting, the grapes are macerated for approximately 12 hours at a temperature of 10°/12° C in special containers, protected from oxygen using innovative systems that recycle their own fermentation carbon dioxide, in order to reduce the addition of antioxidants.

About 40% of the 40% wine is aged in large wooden barrels holding 20–27 hectoliters, with the remainder aged in stainless steel tanks.

Color: Intense straw yellow
Scent: Wine with an elegant and clean aroma, persistent and with increasing intensity. Within this wine, notes of medlar and jasmine flowers stand out most prominently, giving way to a delicate mineral vein.
Taste: On the palate, it confirms its elegance. The sip is fresh, rich in sapidity, with interesting floral and fruity notes. Consistent, structured, and with good taste-olfactory persistence.
