A classic from Banfi Piemonte made from the Brachetto grape, an aromatic and complex ancient variety typical of the area.
Fermentation according to the Charmat method at controlled temperature in steel vats
Sweet sparkling wine with clear ruby red nuances with a lively and very persistent perlage. Intense and aromatic aroma, with strong notes of forest fruits, strawberries and Bulgarian rose. In the mouth it reveals a sweet aftertaste balanced by good acidity.
Fresh strawberries and small fruits, also with peach or wild berry compotes. It pairs well with fruit jam crumbles, raspberries or blueberries and cakes with cream and fresh fruit. Ideal with dry biscuits, cantuccini, nut cake. An excellent companion for dessert at the end of the meal, such as panettone and pandoro.
