The Beaune 1er Cru "Les Bressandes" from Domaine Albert Morot is one of the most famous and appreciated red wines of the Côte de Beaune in Burgundy.
Obtained 100% from grapes of Pinot Noir grown under certified organic conditions, this Premier Cru perfectly expresses the classic elegance and depth of the area's limestone-clayly terroir.
The Pinot Noir grapes are hand-picked in small 15 kg perforated crates to preserve the integrity of the berries. The clusters are partially destemmed, without the addition of yeast. Daily replanting

Ruby red color, bright and clear, with reflections that tend towards light garnet on the nail of the glass. On the nose, intense and mature aromas of roasted black cherry, dark raspberry and fresh plum stand out; followed by elegant nuances of peony, dried rose petals and a balsamic touch of wild mint. In the mouth, it is ample, deep and enveloping. It shows generous and pulpy fruit maturity that fills the palate. The finish is long, persistent and distinctly savory, with a return of red fruits and a pleasant mineral trail that invites to another sip.
