Pale straw yellow color. On the nose intense citrus notes of thyme, sage, yellow peach and elderflower. In the mouth the full structure is well balanced by the freshness. Very persistent and fruity finish.
Perfect with finger food, vegetable sticks in batter, pumpkin blossoms stuffed and raw seafood. Ideal with light risottos (like lemon risotto and almond rice), seafood spaghetti or first courses with vegetarian sauces. It pairs well with tuna tartar, classic seafood salad, carpacci and fish stir-fries. Also great for pairing with vegetarian pizzas or vegetable tartlets.
