Prisme is a cuvée produced from 4 parcels of the Côte des Blancs, Grand Cru: Cramant, Les Bergeries (1984) - Chouilly, Le Mont Aigu (1970 and 1979) and Les Caurés (1946 and 1998) - Oiry, Gros Mont (1969). All are vineyards over 30 years old.
Prisme.17 was produced with grapes from the 2017 harvest, with the addition of "vins de réserve" from 2016.
Obtained only from the first pressing of the grapes. Fermentation on the yeast predominantly in stainless steel tanks and in 400-liter barrels without malolactic fermentation.
44 months on yeast Dosage: 1.5 grams/liter Degorgement: 11/21
Color: Pale yellow, with fine and persistent perlage.
Fragrance: The nose highlights fruity notes intertwined with touches of yeast and dry pastry.
Taste: On the palate it is of excellent body, soft and enveloping thanks to a round sip that flows with great pleasure.
