Ruby red color. Equally unmistakable is its aroma, characterized by night of wild berries and vanilla. In the mouth, however, it is soft and structured.
Meat ragout pasta with structured sauces. Cut of beef, Fiorentina steak or juicy roasts. Pappardelle with wild boar ragout, capriole or faraona. Perfect with medium and long-aged Tuscan pecorino cheeses. Also great with parmigiana eggplant or grilled porcini mushrooms.
