Upon first sight it presents with an intense ruby red color. The olfactory profile is articulated and complex, with notes of ripe red fruit, vanilla, Mediterranean aromas, and subtle mineral undertones. In the mouth it is smooth and velvety, with a enveloping texture and sweet tannins that lead to a long and persistent finish.
Pappardelle with wild boar ragout, lasagna baked in the oven. Fiorentina and tagliata grilled meat, roasts and braises, wild boar in a stew. Aged cheeses and flavorful cured meats.
