Conterno Nervi "Vigna Valferana" Gattinara DOCG 2021

Nervi is the oldest winery in Gattinara, a small town in Alto Piemonte located at the foot of the Alps, in a fascinating and rich territory with a history of winemaking. Here, on volcanic soils rich in iron, magnesium and potassium, one of the most distinctive Nebbiolo varieties in Piedmont is grown, cultivated in a terroir unique for its climate, altitude and geological composition. The grape variety, locally called Spanna, finds in these conditions the ideal conditions to express a refined minerality, vibrant acidity and an elegant structure that characterize Gattinara DOCG.
