A typical grape variety from the low Piedmont region, an area with exceptional potential for the production of white Moscato.
Obtained using the pressure fermentation method in large containers (Charmat method), at low temperatures and with selected yeasts, in order to allow for a more accurate extraction of the foam. The fermentation is interrupted by cooling to maintain an adequate residual sugar level, which is approximately 10%.
Sweet sparkling wine with a straw-yellow color, fine and very persistent perlage. On the nose, the aromas are intense and fruity, typical of Moscato, such as hints of acacia flowers and sage. In the mouth, all the characteristics of the grape are expressed in a well-balanced and balanced structure with fresh acidity.
Ideal accompaniment for Panettone, Pandoro and Paschal Colomba. Croquettes and fruit tarts, spoon sweets, fresh fruit and macedonia.
