The grapes for our Silvaner grow on the slopes facing southeast of the municipality of Bolzano at an altitude of 500 m on particularly suitable sandy and gravelly soils. Fermentation for one week at a controlled temperature of 19°C in stainless steel tanks
In stainless steel for 5 months
Tasting: It presents an intense straw yellow color. The aroma seduces with the scents of aromatic herbs such as chamomile and hay, fresh meadow flowers, arnica and dandelion. On the palate it impresses with its good structure and pleasant acidity. It is an inviting wine with a pleasant drinkability, with a warm and persistent finish.
