These grapes grow in the vineyards of Appiano, Caldaro and Bolzano at an altitude of 400 m and above, on sandy and limestone gravelly soils with south-east exposure. Fermentation at a controlled temperature of 27°C in stainless steel tanks for 10 days

Tasting notes: Ruby red color with brilliant highlights. Fruity aroma of ripe, crunchy cherries, black currants, plums and raspberries. It has a complex and playful nose, slightly spicy with hints of laurel and elderflower, almost ethereal. On the palate it is fruity, with great structure and fullness, captivating tannins and a lively acidity. A rustic and elegant wine.
