Tasting notes: Bright straw yellow color. On the nose it opens with a harmonious blend of acacia and honeysuckle flowers, freshly baked bread, tropical fruit, mint and chalk. On the palate it is savory, vibrant and rich in flavor, with a long and persistent finish. Aromas of pie lime, apricot, green apple, sea salt, white flowers and a marked mineral character emerge from the glass.
