Serafino is a wine made from grapes from our vineyards of Moscato di Scanzo that are over 30 years old. The grapes are hand-picked and placed in the press for at least 40 days in a special room with constant temperature and humidity.

On the olfactory examination, notes of sage, dried rose, violet, evolved spices (black pepper, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg), dried fruit (dried prunes, dried cherries, ripe red fruits), cocoa and balsamic notes emerge. In the mouth it is sweet and smooth, elegant body, fine and discreet tannin, long persistence, velvety finish with a delicate aromatic aftertaste
